目前國(guo)(guo)內(nei)無紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石膏板生(sheng)產線的(de)(de)自動(dong)(dong)化程度還未實現,現處于手動(dong)(dong)和半自動(dong)(dong)水(shui)平,受自動(dong)(dong)化水(shui)平的(de)(de)限制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),國(guo)(guo)內(nei)的(de)(de)無紙(zhi)面(mian)(mian)石膏板的(de)(de)質量和產量均不能滿(man)足市場(chang)的(de)(de)需求;為了解決以(yi)上存在的(de)(de)問題(ti),本(ben)設(she)備(bei)提供了一套自動(dong)(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong);其所采用(yong)的(de)(de)方案(an)是:該自控(kong)(kong)(kong)系統(tong)包(bao)括(kuo)中央控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)室、溫度控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、配料工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)型工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、切斷(duan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、橫向(xiang)輸送工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、烘(hong)干工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)(ge)個工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之間通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo) MELSCNET/H 網絡系統(tong)環網連接,構成(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)網絡層;各(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo) CC-LINK 網與智能控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)、變頻器連接,構成(cheng)現場(chang)網絡層;生(sheng)產控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)采用(yong)分布(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong), CPU 模塊選(xuan)用(yong)西門(men)子 S7-300,現場(chang)I/O 模塊采用(yong)西門(men)子 ET-200S,人機界(jie)面(mian)(mian) HMI 為西門(men)子 WinCC。各(ge)(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和上位控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)中心 SCADA 通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)冗余(yu)工(gong)(gong)業以(yi)太網相(xiang)連,從而實現生(sheng)產過(guo)(guo)(guo)程的(de)(de)集中控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和實時數據統(tong)一管理。設(she)備(bei)級(ji)(變頻器、分布(bu)式 I/O 等)采用(yong)現場(chang)總線通(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)設(she)備(bei)主要包(bao)括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)員站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、現場(chang)各(ge)(ge)類(lei)檢測(ce)元件。
